Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 7 days of placing your order, you can email us at contact@lavelafactory.com for a status update. Please note if USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays it will impact our delivery timeline.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been delivered to the carrier.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Each of our handmade products is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure the highest standards of quality before it’s shipped. As our products are handcrafted, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been used. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace or refund it. Please provide photographic proof of the damage and email it to contact@lavelafactory.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
If you have received the wrong product, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
